Purpose of the Site

This is a private reference and navigation site. It does not maintain the official records discussed in its guides, and it does not speak for any public office. The site cannot confirm custody, arrange a release, correct a government file, submit court papers, or provide an official booking record.

Its pages point toward sheriff, jail, court, municipal, state, and federal resources. Some links lead to independently operated research services. The office or outside provider that controls a record remains responsible for its content and access rules.

Acceptable Use Rules

You agree to use the site responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any applicable local, Indiana, federal, or other law.
• Use information to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass another person.
• Rely on site content for employment, housing, tenancy, lending, credit, or insurance decisions.
• Attempt to enter accounts, servers, files, or technical areas without authorization.
• Use automated bots, crawlers, scrapers, or similar collection systems.

No Consumer Reports

Gibson County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the FCRA. It does not prepare or sell background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information found here for:

• Hiring, firing, promotion, or another employment decision.
• Tenant selection, housing approval, or lease decisions.
• Creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance pricing.
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility.
• Any other purpose governed by the FCRA or a similar consumer-reporting law.

Links Beyond This Site

Links may lead to jail rosters, booking systems, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal resources, news sites, or outside search tools. Those destinations have their own terms and privacy practices. Gibson County Busted Mugshots does not control their content, accuracy, availability, security, or data handling. A link is convenient navigation, not an endorsement. Review the destination's policies before using it or submitting information.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, there is no promise that:

• Any page, record description, link, or search result is accurate, complete, or current.
• The site will remain available without interruption.
• The service will be free from defects, harmful code, security weaknesses, or other errors.
• An outside partner's search will locate every relevant result.

Custody status, booking information, links, and public records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Gibson County Sheriff's Office, Gibson County Jail, Indiana Department of Correction, a court, or another government agency. Ownership of Site Materials

Unless another owner is identified, the original text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Gibson County Busted Mugshots or its content and technology partners. You may not copy, distribute, republish, alter, sell, or create derivative works from those materials without prior written permission. Rights in linked government records and third-party content remain with their owners.

Updates to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use after publication of a change means that you accept the updated terms.

Suspension or Loss of Access

Indiana Law Controls
